  1. Get the right study materials

Along with the right preparation strategy, the right books are needed to clear the exam with high marks. You might be confused as to which book to choose from the many options that are available in the market. The best way to sort out this confusion is to talk to previous years’ NEET candidates and ask them what would be the best books for preparation. 1. Make short notes

One of the key factors to crack NEET is to make your own notes. This will help you retain more information and recollect it better during your exam. Reading through your notes before the exam will be much easier than going through all your NCERT books and reference books.

  1. Eat healthily

If you think preparation is studying day in and day out, then you are mistaken. Preparation is a continuous process where both the mind and the body are involved. To study well, you need a sound body and mind. This can be achieved by eating healthy and right on time. Consume a protein-rich diet and try to eat nuts every day.

  1. Take short breaks

Make time to give yourself a break and refresh your senses. This will break the monotony and help you get back to your studies with a clear head.

Categorize your preparation. Do not start preparing bluntly. Have a plan of which subject you would want to study first and so on. There are lots of tips for subject-wise preparation for NEET. Have a look at them first before beginning your preparation.

  1. Stick to your timetable

Design a timetable suited to your study habit. Structure it in a way that you are able to cover the 2-year portion of NEET. Remember, the quantity of time you study does not matter. Rather, the quality of your preparation is what matters in your study plan. However, keep your timetable flexible with buffer time in between. It is not wise to create a rigid timetable with no space to breathe. This will have a negative impact on your preparation.

Last, but not least, a positive attitude will help you navigate the exam easily. Your attitude will have a huge impact on how you perform in your exam. No matter how difficult it gets, keep your confidence high. A positive attitude will keep your head clear and get your creative juices flowing.
